Prior to joining ZAE, Cesar worked as Chief – Engineer in engineering and Hi-Tech organizations.
Cesar joined the company in 1993 and became the engineering vice president in 2003 and started his current position at 2010.
Cesar has wide experience in complex products design, plastics design and engineering.
